All purchases of digital FiveM scripts are non-refundable. Once a script has been delivered and downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Our products are digital goods, not physical items.
- Once delivered, they cannot be “returned” in the same condition.
- All sales are final.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- If the script is incompatible with your server version or framework (example: using an outdated or heavily modified server).
- If the script does not work due to your hosting environment, third-party conflicts, or lack of required dependencies.
- If you purchased the script by mistake or no longer wish to use it.
- If your server is outdated, modified beyond standard QBCore/ESX frameworks, or does not support the script properly.
- If the script was already downloaded/accessed.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if:
- You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate payment).
- You purchased the same script multiple times accidentally.
In such rare cases, please contact us at fivemstore301@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will review your request.
Support & Assistance
While refunds are not available, we do provide script installation support and bug fixes (if the issue is from our side). If you face issues with a purchased script, contact us at fivemstore301@gmail.com and we’ll assist you.
